Identifying the need:

Stephen Fry has been quoted in a recent interview as saying

"The thing about chatting at book-signings is we try and make it a rule, not that people aren't allowed to take a photograph, but that people aren't allowed to go around behind the table to be photographed with me because that involves giving the camera to someone else and that person doesn't know how the camera works, and it literally doubles the time and it means you get no time to talk to people so I always think it's much better to say hello and ask people where they're from and just to have a few words than it is to go through this hideous performance... I'm sure you know how much I like gadgets, but when it comes to that sort of thing..."

We think that says it all, frankly. Badly organised events are a liability, and it's something we will not allow to happen. With the photography being provided, there's literally no excuses for running over time. On top of this, sales of images will provide more income for your agency and your client.
